Integral Secures License on ElectriPlast™ with Leading Provider of Electronic Components to Defense and Commercial Markets Worldwide

BELLINGHAM, Wash., May 27, 2010 -- Integral Technologies, Inc. (stock symbol: ITKG) ("Integral" or the "Company") today announces that it has completed a License Agreement for its Patented ElectriPlast™ Technology with a leading provider of system solutions with extensive technical and engineering content (herein "Licensee") serving aerospace/defense, telecommunications and other international high technology niche markets. At the request of the customer its name will not be published so as to enhance its competitive advantage in utilizing ElectriPlast™.

Established over 60 years ago, this Licensee will be using ElectriPlast™ to provide highly reliable and durable shielding parts in high voltage interconnectors for military, aerospace, medical and other industrial applications manufactured and sold by the Licensee to fulfill the expectations of its demanding customers. Integral anticipates that the Licensee will begin ordering ElectriPlast™ in the near future to begin production of these parts.

As with other of Integral's customers, this Licensee had earlier executed an NDA with Integral to allow its development team to become informed of the technology, including the ElectriPlast™ product specifications in order to help them decide on a specific polymer blend. (Currently, Integral has over 350 NDA's in place with other companies.)

Integral then provided the Licensee samples of ElectriPlast™ plaques molded in an industrial standard size in a square shape 6 by 6 inches with a thickness ranging from 2 to 6 ml. This gave them a quick and easy way to test the electrical characteristics of the blend they chose. Through its manufacturing partner, Jasper Rubber Products, Inc. ("Jasper"), Integral also provided specially blended pellets for the Licensee to do its own molding or extruding to produce its own prototype and conduct its own research and development.

This license was entered into only after the Licensee was satisfied with the chosen application of ElectriPlast™. The License Agreement is a Non-Exclusive Purchase license that allows the Licensee to purchase ElectriPlast™ from Integral for its specific application. The non-exclusive component means that Integral retains the right to license ElectriPlast™ to other companies in the same industry. (Under certain circumstances a customer may enter into an Exclusive Purchase License and/or a Master License with Integral to sub-license the technology to other companies in its industry.)

ElectriPlast™ allows a design engineer the utmost freedom in designing new products or enhancing current designs. Through Jasper, Integral can work with customers who do not have the equipment to do the necessary molding or extruding. At all stages, Integral can assist in the design and review of manufacturing applications and process optimization to meet whatever may be the precise specifications. Testing (electrical and mechanical) of ElectriPlast™ components and applications can then be carried out, followed by customer training and service for design and implementation. Integral also can and has formed joint ventures to co-develop applications for the ElectriPlast™ pellet.

Integral is in negotiations with several other companies to complete additional licenses of its Patented ElectriPlast™ Technology.

We should start the slide back down pretty soon. I say we are in the .80 - .90 range today.

SO are we done? Hard to understand what is going on.... no contracts, no news other than the same type that has been there for years, yet the price is not in free fall...

I would have expect this to be on a relatively steady decline by now. It seems like it goes down and then there is some support that keeps the price in the 70 cent range.

Does anyone have insight into what is going on?

Sounds like your're done. Guess it's time to move on, eh? Adios.

Personally, I have the patience, and knowledge, to wait this out, but MANY don't. So, do what you need to do. You may be better off hitting on the next invention, like the new wireless electrical transmissions. It's the wave of the future and the only shielding needed is a body suit (made of electriplast of course).

*Guess it's time to move on...
*do what you need to do...
*You may be better off...

This is what you get for an answer when you question why there is such a huge gap between what is being claimed and what is actually happening.

Contrary to the board originator`s claimed desire for: "challenging interactions which spark creativity and develop enlightenment", some here seem bent on total lock-step obediance to the company line. The company line which happens to be the only source for information regarding all things Integral. No third party anything.

My guess that is that you are someone trapped in a bad investment and are hoping that if you look the other way it will get better. You`ve pulled the handle and the reels are still spinning. Maybe it`s time for you to move on?

Well boys and girls, I'm officially out of ITKG. Six years was long enough for this cowboy. The word "soon" has a whole new meaning for me. PK, thanks for the website and all of the information you threw up. Have a good holiday.

I don't think the latest news is what investors were waiting for...Sounds like another company trying to get a hand in the cookie jar. It would be nice to know the complete terms of the relationship. I can promise you this company's services won't be cheap.

It seems that some of the hoped for contracts have fallen through, finances are running low, PP will be in the offing soon, and we are dropping on news.

This stock has gone from high risk to junk status (i know, I know, it has been there for a long time).

Expecting to see some rapid decline in the stock over the next month or two...

PK should be cranking up his pump any day now with the "latest news" - Integral has found another consultant to hire (IPCG) and compensate with cheap stock options. Unfortunately, this outfit has no track record of bringing any product to market. They DO have expertise in helping companies manage their patents. But that hasn't been the problem with Integral - they've got plenty of patents. They're just a little short on products and sales.

Looks like these folks hooked up at the highly prestigious "Bright Lights Conference" (which, by the way, did not recognize Integral in any way.)

Hot tip: if you want to make money off this company sell your shares and get a consulting contract with them.
